Terms of
Service

The following protocols define the contractual boundaries between Budgetly Digital and entities accessing our adversarial AI threat intelligence. By engaging with this platform, you acknowledge the parameters of our forensic advisory services.

01. Intellectual Property of Threat Archive

All proprietary methodologies, forensic algorithms, and AI threat simulation parameters presented on budgetly.digital are the exclusive property of Budgetly Digital. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to review intelligence reports for internal enterprise security assessment only.

Reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of our raw adversarial dataset—specifically data pertaining to linguistic variability and deepfake audio signatures—is strictly prohibited without written forensic authorization from our Montréal headquarters.

02. Limitations of Advisory Data

Forensic Boundary Notice:

  • A. Our Adversarial AI Audits address specific digital vectors and do not encompass physical site security or hardware stress testing.
  • B. Threat intelligence is provided "as-is" based on a Verification Matrix replicable in controlled sandboxes at the time of publication.
  • C. Budgetly Digital does not claim 100% immunity from rapidly evolving AI-generated threats. Mitigation is an iterative process, not a final state.

03. Limitation of Liability

Budgetly Digital shall not be held liable for any operational disruption resulting from the implementation of advised security mitigations.

While our Threat Exposure Simulations are designed to stress-test organizational resilience against AI-augmented threats, the decision to deploy remediation remains with the enterprise's internal IT leadership.

Maximum liability under these terms is strictly limited to the amount paid for consulting services during the six-month period preceding any claim, governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada.
